Just Sit Idly By
Son, I love you.

Son, just sit idly by, For one
It may pass in a season
Or it may not in a lifetime
Just sit idly by, it’s not a crime.
May you be bound not to a purpose
For you be free to cross seven seas
All of the roads you ever wish for
And not only ones you ever had to.
May you sit idly alone
For it is better than being a pawn
In a game you deplored
And be crowded and adored.
May you sit idly by, in peaks.
For you may find peace
From all the tempest inside
After all, you are the one who decides.
I hope you enjoy the poem, and have a nice day, follow for more poems.
