In the first four steps, you identified something you intend to manifest, as well as some old beliefs that might slow down or even block the manifestation process. (Note: I’ve included links to the first four steps at the end of this story.)

Then you created some new beliefs in the form of positive affirmations and set about replacing them with the old ones. When those old beliefs pop up, you practice becoming aware of them and using them as a signal to replace the old belief with a positive affirmation representing a new belief, repeating it a few times, and then getting on with your day.

Now that belief work is underway (an ongoing process), you’re ready to begin matching your energy, your vibrational frequency, with the energetic frequency of whatever it is you want to manifest. You do this by —
