The Rule of Intent

Predict your success.

Midjouney by Esther Levy

For so many of us, we always want to perform at our best.

We want to be in our highest vibration.

A high-vibrational state is a mental and emotional state that creates a sense of vitality, well-being, and joy.

People in a high-vibrational state feel confident, happy, and at peace.

They may also feel grateful, healthy, emotionally balanced, and self-aware.

Others may notice that someone in a high-vibrational state gives off a good vibe or brings positive energy to the day.

But here’s the problem.

To release tension and let go, we need to be present in a lower frequency and vibration.

Think of it like this: a lower vibration is like a meditative state.

Low vibration does not always mean feeling down or heavy.

It’s like bending. Knowing you can bend means you have the ability to be flexible.

Flexibility is a key component in life.

They say you are as young as your spine.

Like a child, youth makes it easier to adapt to the environment and not be set in your ways.

There is always room to play.

If we use this mindset and keep our bodies flexible, we can move towards what we want in life and allow it in.

Consider high frequency or fully charged batteries. There is intensity and brightness, but less flexibility.

It’s like the muscles in the body always flexing.

Flexing is more accurately known as muscle contraction.

When you flex your muscles, you create tension that temporarily shrinks or contracts the muscle fibers.

When we are more relaxed, there is room to allow.

There is an energetic openness.

Don’t get me wrong, both high and low vibrations are important.

You can’t have one without the other if you are aiming for a healthy balance.

I like to begin my day with a little meditation.

Clear out my mind and body with a fresh cycle of breath work.

Notice where there is muscle tension or spiritual, mental, or emotional restriction.

This will help me indicate what in my day I will be open to.

Notice what you say to yourself.

How do you say it?

Sometimes we set ourselves up for failure.

Ask yourself these questions:

- Am I open to financial freedom?
- Am I open to allowing myself to feel loved?
- Am I open to living at an optimal body weight?
- Am I open to having a positive dialogue with my friends?
- Am I open to having only good enter my life?

The list goes on.

Notice where in your day you have your challenges on repeat.

Are they so animated that you are only advocating for the world to work against you?

Do you make sure everyone you come in contact with knows how terrible your life is?

What happens if you decide to begin to only say good things about yourself and others?

Raymond Grace says, “A box of good apples with one rotten apple will destroy the entire box.”

The same goes for energy.

Good energy is more challenging to maintain and raising the vibration takes effort.

Negative energy will always bring down everybody else.

Remove yourself from negative situations.

Remove negative thoughts by programming new ones.

Like when you were in school and had to write something 1000 times until it changed your habits, you can use the same technique here.

Visualize what you wish to accomplish.

The first rule of success is to think about what you do want, not what you don’t want.

Energy follows thought.

Your emotions and how you move and operate will follow your thinking process.

By mastering the dance between high and low vibrations, by choosing your thoughts carefully, and by remaining open to the good in life, you set yourself up for success. You become the author of your own story, the predictor of your own success.

So, are you ready to raise your vibration while staying flexible? Are you prepared to open yourself to the abundance that life has to offer? As always, the choice is yours.
