Poetry
One With The Moon
A sonnet
Seasons change but you remain the same,
All you could be in that single small frame,
Narrating a story so kind, forever mine,
I feel too close to run for any other shine
On the nights you hide, I understand
A little while you need, away from the land,
Gratitude overflows from my heart,
The friendship you bestowed — never apart
This one is for you, dear glowing ball of peace,
They call you stained, though never on lease,
How do you do this by simply being present out there?
Whisper in my ears, a long lost secret — care to share
Our bond is forever, you and I both know,
Let’s fall in love, one more time, justify — running this show
