In the beginning there was desire.
Bright, shining, hot, volcanic overflow that melted down the minuscule hard encrusted core, left over from aeons ago.
And then there was the bang.
Loud, explosive, expansive, overwhelming, overpowering, growing so rapidly that even its creators had to let go.
And then there was the crash.
Like a newborn calf falling, stuttering, struggling to stand on legs not ready to bear its form so quickly released.
And then there was a pause.
As the new fought to break free from the quicksand of the old, resist sinking into the black hole of trapped time.
And then came rapid growth.
Worlds exploded into place, galaxies formed rapidly, a universe of possibilities emerging out of sheer nothingness.
And then came gravity’s dance.
All those free floating stars coalesced into interconnected systems, more the creation greater the mutual attraction.
And then rekindled hope.
As moons fell into orbit around planets, planets around stars, stars within galaxies, galaxies whirled within dust clouds.
And then the merry romance.
As this whole gigantic system writhed intertwined, growing, changing, shaping, evolving, bound together by love.
And then there was eternal peace.
Peace flowing from the knowledge that all was right, that the world that emerged was as it should be, as it could be, as it would be.
What we feel in our hearts is expressed in our worlds.
