Quiet your mind, and pay attention to your breath.
Breeeeeeeeeeeeeeathe in.
Breeeeeeeeeeeeeeathe out.
Ask us “Are you there?” Yes we are.
We are in the next song your hear. We are in the bird that chirps. We are in the next person you meet. We are in the next sign that you see.
