In my conversations with many people, I experienced that spirituality means different things to different people.

Some don’t like the word spirituality, yet they are highly aligned to their inner self. Some would narrate the Bhadwad Geeta through memory yet have not tasted a single sentence of it in their lives.

• Psychology is not spirituality.
• Occult or magic is not spirituality.
• Prayers and rituals are not spirituality.

Spirituality is an inner journey. It is a practice, a walk, and finally, a dip.

It is your most intimate journey towards your ‘self.’

You’re not a part of a bigger scheme. YOU are the big scheme.

Have you ever seen a leaf stuck on a tree on the side of the river? It will remain there until a strong current washes it over.

But what if it continues to flow?
