You’re Not Overreacting. You’re Picking Up What Others Pretend Not to Feel
If you recognize this, your self-doubt will fade, and you will start owning your intuitive truth.
Have you ever left a room feeling drained, even though nothing happened? Have you ever felt a sudden heaviness around someone only to later find out they were struggling silently?
If you have, it means you are sensitive to the invisible energy surrounding you. You are picking up what others are trained to hide.
You might have also spent a lifetime being told you are too sensitive or emotional, or that you make everything about yourself.
But what if you are just deeply attuned? What if you are the one in the room who feels what everyone else tries to bury?
The burden of being able to feel what no one else admits
