Civic Park in Phoenix holds a weekly Food Truck Friday. Whether you teach or attend the Walter Cronkite School, work at the Westward Ho, or are in Phoenix for a visit, Civic Park is the place to go. It occurs every Friday and the options are endless! The trucks vary from Cambodian food to your classic chicken nuggets, all the way to a big Belgian Waffle with whipped cream. Whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s there. If you look at the picture to the far left, you can see not only a big Belgian Waffle oozing with sweets but also the big smile that comes with it!
