Sous Vide Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin is a great value at the grocery store and it is super easy to cook with your sous vide circulator. I wish you could taste this little beauty I cooked this afternoon.

Quick Guide:
 — Pork Tenderloin (I selected a pre-marinated one)
 — 140F for 1–4 hours

Simply place the tenderloin in a vacuum bag and cook for an hour at 140 degrees. Remove and sear. I paired mine with a simple caprese salad. OMG. So good.
