Sous Vide Tilapia Fillet Recipe

I just made the best tilapia I’ve ever eaten. OMG it was amazing.

Quick Guide:
 — tilapia fillet
 — salt, peper, butter, and white wine
 — 118F for 1–4 hours

Simply season the tilapia fillet and place it in a vacuum bag with a pat of butter for at least an hour. Then remove and place in a sauce pan with a butter/white wine reduction to sear. So good. I paired the tilapia with a cauliflower salad (onions, olive oil, cilantro, peas, ginger, garlic, curry powder, salt, red chilies, fennel seed, garam masala, lemon zest and black pepper).
