Sous Vide Yellow Fin Tuna Steak Recipe
Cooking fish can be challenging, but cooking fish in your sous vide circulator is beyond easy.

— salt, pepper, and butter
— 118F for 1–4 hours
Simply salt and pepper the tuna and place in a vacuum bag with a pat of butter. Once cooked sear in a white wine butter sauce (reduce some white wine with butter and onions-watch vide0). I paired with a simple asparagus and portobello salad.
