My holiday at Vinhomes Grand Park— December 2022, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
After 3 years of almost no travel due to Covid-19 restrictive measures, I finally could make a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to visit my Parents and Parents-In-Law.
What is so wonderful is that both my Parents and my Parents-In-Law are staying at the same place, separated just by a short walk.
That same place…is called Vinhomes Grand Park — the project developed by Vinhomes — the largest and most valuable real estate developer in Vietnam.
It is a world-class smart megacity with the largest riverside park in Southeast Asia, located in Thu Duc city, about a one-and-a-half hour drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, HCMC, Vietnam.
We almost got lost when we arrived at Vinhomes Grand Park. It is extremely grand, as its name mentions. As of now, 38 apartment buildings are ready to move in and have been gradually occupied by residents. At the base level of each building are various shops, coffee houses, eating places, and countless mini supermarkets & convenience stores. The residents here, for sure, would have enjoyed a fully convenient life!
More and more apartment buildings are on the way so they can welcome new residents by 2023. Apartments not alone, shophouses, and spacious villas, located at the heart of Vinhomes Grand Park — called The Manhattan, is the most luxurious sector in this mega project. Its inspiration comes from Manhattan — New York’s most famous borough.
Vinhomes Grand Park offers its residents full and high liveability standards. From safe & green living environment, smart city & smart community & smart home, sports complexes & children's facilities, and various theme parks to Vincom Mega Mall, Vinmec International Hospital, Vinschool International School, 45-story office building…All can be reached conveniently and freely by an internal shuttle bus system.
Very last but not least, as a landscape highlight at Vinhomes Grand Park, the 36-hectare riverside mega park is definitely a place not to be missed. From gym park, aerobic park, dance park, skateboard park, and kayaking place to picnic & BBQ park with white sand and artificial sea, lighting park with the inspiration by Gardens by the Bay in Singapore.
Words are not enough to express how wonderful this place is. Have a trip to Vinhomes Grand Park one day and enjoy yourself.
