Shortly after the NAB Show 2020 was cancelled due to COVID-19, Microsoft asked a hand-picked group of specialized Partners to participate in a virtual event — the Microsoft Media and Entertainment Summit.

Empowering your future of creativity, content, and experiences with on-demand content available now at the Microsoft Media and Entertainment Summit. The suite of content covers topics such as how to accelerate content production, modernize collaboration, optimize content delivery, get to know your audience, and monetize content and experiences.

In a recorded Microsoft Teams call hosted by Microsoft’s Lutful Khandker, Zip (our Director of Business Development) discusses how SOUTHWORKS Media and Entertainment’s practice has helped several industry leaders aggressively adopt Azure in a session entitled “Ensuring Successful Cloud Video Transformations in Azure”.

During the conversation they talk about Microsoft’s partner-centric approach to the Media and Entertainment space and how it provides opportunity for vendors and customers. To help make Azure even more approachable, Zip introduces a new, highly focused consulting offer from SOUTHWORKS designed to help organizations assess their readiness and move their Media and Entertainment workloads into Azure.

While it’s not nearly as much fun as attending NAB in person, on the plus side, you won’t regret any of the time you spend in the Microsoft Media and Entertainment Summit.
