On the 5th of August, President Jair Bolsonaro made history by becoming the first Brazilian president to hold a meeting in the metaverse. However, he wasn’t alone in this feat. During the meeting, the participants discussed Brazil’s advancement in terms of technology and its rapid adoption of rising innovations such as 5G networks and the metaverse.
While praising the increasing acceptance, President Bolsonaro commented that the technology would aid not just gamers but all citizens.
