- What is Parcelly?
Parcelly runs a mobile app based click&collect service which provides online shoppers with a nationwide network of over 900+ parcel collection points. Launched back in 2014, we are one of the fastest growing click&collect providers in the UK.

2) How did the idea for Parcelly come about?
When our CEO, Sebastian Steinhauser first moved to the UK, he experienced challenges when receiving personal parcel deliveries at work. Failed deliveries aside, he noticed operational risks and costs that occurred when employees sent parcel deliveries to corporate mail rooms, not to mention the environmental impact it had. Whether it is carrying the parcels from work or a delivery depot — it was inconvenient either way and this had to change… and that is how the story of Parcelly began.
3) Who uses Parcelly the most?
Anyone and everyone who is fed up with missing parcels. Parcelly is designed for busy people who shop online and don’t have the time or patience to be waiting in for a parcel delivery. Naturally, they also don’t want to spend their free time travelling to far away collection depots to retrieve their parcels. The beauty of Parcelly is that customers can use one handy location for all their parcel collections, no matter where they shop online or which courier delivers the parcel.
4) How easy is it to get involved?
All the customer needs to do is download our app for free, set up a profile and complete the booking process. 5) Parcelly is part of the Sharing economy, how do you see the industry evolving over the coming years?
Parcelly turns redundant storage capacity in local shops and businesses into revenue generating services like click&collect or our new key exchange service which is a way for our location partners to optimise space. Consumers want control and convenience; services that fit into their busy lifestyles and allow them to optimise time and resources.
