On 20th of August 2020, our main administrator Kien had a live AMA session with Venkatesh (CEO of SPACE-iZ) on Blockchain Infinity telegram chat.

Kien: Good day everyone, we will have our AMA session with SPACE-iZ today. Welcome to Blockchain Infinity chat @Venkat88 kindly introduce yourself to us.

My name is Venkatesh and I am the CEO of SPACE-iZ, a pleasure to meet you all and have me for this AMA session.

Kien: Alright, so would you like to move forward into our 1st segment?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Yes.

Kien: Awesome, so in this segment. I’ll be asking you 3 questions.

Question #1:

What is SPACE-iZ?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: SPACE-iZ is an all in one property management platform for any space, primarily focussed on CoWork and CoLive.

Kien: Awesome, thank you for that brief introduction about SPACE-iZ.

Which Exchanges do SPIZ tokens are listed?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Vindax, IndoEx, Finexbox, Exmarkets and Coinlim.

What are the 3 core components of SPACE-iZ Ecosystem?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Our ecosystem consisting of 3 core components, the token, the token holders and the app; is complemented by discounted co-live and co-work spaces on our platform.

How will SPACE-IZ generate profitable income to sustain your project and what is the revenue model? How will it make a profit for your investors and your project?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: So those who hold the tokens for a year can avail upto 15% discounts on their rent which would add to their savings.

- As the number of rooms increases so will the token price as more tenants will hold on to SPIZ to avail discounts.
- Also, landlords will get an additional income for lending SPIZ tokens to the smart contract.

Hence as this utility of our token increases, the % return on investment for holding SPIZ tokens will increase as showcased in our white-paper.

What are the private and professional spaces of the platform that SPACE-iZ token holders can access? Can you tell me more clearly.

Wolf Of Wharf Street: All properties that are private, personal, commercial, office space, etc. can be accessed. Just like
- WeWork cowork spaces
- Airbnb colive spaces
- OYO hotel rooms
- Zoopla apartments or flats for rent
All would be listed and marketed to our users for free in return for discounts.
Above mentioned companies do not still leverage on tokens or smart contracts or telegram to build their community so there is a big scope with our business model.

How does SPACE-iZ DApp work? What is the purpose of the SPACE-iZ DApp application?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: The SPACE-iZ DApp manages the administration of bookings and facilitates the trade of SPIZ tokens. Further, it would,

1) List all kinds of property with a private/personal/commercial/office space and market them to our database for free.
2) Onboard Tenants to offer discounts on any kind of property rented and on other services amenities in selected spaces.
3) Increase the utility of SPIZ token real-time in the property sector to gain traction to our project. Thus, giving tenants a saving on rent amounts and additional income to owners who lend tokens through smart contracts.

What are the steps that a Landlord of a private space must follow to publish his space on the platform and obtain profits? Also, what is the role that SPIZ tokens plays between Landlords and Tenants?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Yes, owners can send a video with the time stamp so we verify their pics of their property. Once verified their property would be listed and marketed with Ads etc to our database for free (provided they offer discounts).

Apart from rents on the property, landlords can get additional income by lending tokens to the smart contract.
Holding tokens would allow tenants to avail discounts which would be a yearly saving on rent amount as per contract.

The SPACE-iZ Token utilises blockchain to transfer value and benefits, between landlords and tenants.

Do you think Space-iZ is the Airbnb of the future? Do you think you can compete against this great company? Or rather do you see Space-iZ as a complement to Airbnb?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: I wouldn’t want to speculate about the future. As such we are not competing with any company.

Just that brands like OYO, WeWork, Airbnb, Zoopla, etc haven’t leveraged or explored the market with crypto tokens and smart contracts. They are not using telegram to build their community and market their business.

All this being unexplored has given us a chance to come up with the unique idea of SPACE-iZ as a strategic step to enter the market.

How does SPACE-iZ deliver the optimal return for both project and investor? SPACE-iZ organizes many AMAs to the community? What does SPACE-iZ want to receive from the community?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: The model of SPACE-iZ would give investors good ROI % as the numbers of rooms increase in our ecosystem.

The token would appreciate when it’s utility increases with owners and tenants and it will gain further traction with as our database populates. This will lead to equity offerings for big giants that check our metrics.

The community once detailed about our project would support us which is very important in this space as it showcases belief in SPACE-iZ and very much needed for us to grow as well.

What is the plan to ensure sufficient liquidity on exchanges to fill market orders, especially as adoption increases and clients begin multiplying year-over-year?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Partnering will multiple exchanges against different pairs and maintaining a small arbitrage would attract crypto traders to buy the token and once they check out our project they will definitely like our sustainable property management model app.

Highlight reasons why I should invest huge capital in SPACE-iZ project, what are my benefits with SPACE-IZ?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Huge capital would give huge returns as you can see our model is one of implementing tokens in the property sector.

If the smart contract has been created and a few days later there are failures in the facilities (due to deterioration in the structure), could the user cancel the contract without any problem? Or would you have to strictly comply with the contract?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: This is hypothetical, however, in this case, it would get cancelled.

When renting properties with #PACE-iZ, a discount is offered with the Space token. Who covers that discount? The property owner or SPACE-iZ?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Yes SPACE-iZ would cover the discounts, as tokens would be held for a year in large numbers increasing the demand for SPIZ tokens. Also increasing rooms on our list would increase the price and demand for the token to avail discounts accordingly.

How is the SPACE-iZ to prevent early investors from selling their token and What are incentives or benefit for holding SPIZ token in long time for loyal investors?

I saw that SPACE-iZ DApp is the core of your ecosystem. Please share 1–3 killer features of this app & Which features will help for mass adaption?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: Long term loyal investors would get a good ROI as the number of rooms will increase in our ecosystem as showcased in our whitepaper.

Can SPIZ holders earn by lending their tokens? If yes, what’s the interest rate?

Wolf Of Wharf Street: They will earn rent against the number of tokens they lend, the cost lending/token would be calculated by total tokens in smart contract/ tokens borrowed by tenants.
