✨ Passport by SpaghettETH is Now Open for Everyone
We just unlocked a major feature: Passport is now open for anyone to create their own event check-ins. 🎉
Whether you’re organizing a local meetup, hosting a workshop, or speaking at a side event, you can now generate your own QR codes and let participants collect proof of learning and presence via the Passport by SpaghettETH system.
🛂 What is Passport?
Passport is a community-driven SBT that tracks your learning journey across Ethereum events. By scanning QR codes during talks, keynotes, and workshops, attendees build a verifiable timeline of their education — crypto or anything else— right into their onchain passport.
💡 What’s New?
Before today, Passport check-ins were only managed by the SpaghettETH team at select conferences. Now, we’re handing over the keys:
✅ Create your own check-ins
✅ Distribute QR codes to speakers or session hosts
✅ Let users scan and add sessions to their Passport
✅ Contribute to a shared culture of decentralized education
It’s Web3 learning, but open-source and grassroots.
🚀 Get Started
- Head to passport.spaghett-eth.com
- Login OR Register and claim the Passport SBT
- Head to the “Create QR” section
- Upload a .csv file with the given field specifications for each talk or event you want to generate a check-in for (you can also use Google Sheet to generate .csv) _ see the video tutorial above
- Download the QR codes and hand them out to whoever needs to show them
- Your attendees scan the QRs and collect the check-ins on their passport
🌱 Why This Matters
This update transforms Passport into a public good for the Ethereum community. It empowers anyone to turn an event — big or small — into a trackable learning experience. You’re not just attending a session anymore; you’re building a decentralized learning history.
