Greetings, SpankNation!
As you may have noticed with our numerous hiring posts on Twitter, we’re building momentum! Our last Roadmap Update was in March so we want to take this time to reflect back on what we’ve accomplished as well as update the community on where we’re headed.
Our main focus then was the SpankPay SDK. We completed that, launched SpankPay, and onboarded our initial integration partners since then!
Development on SpankPay remains the priority. Next to launch will be User Accounts. So far SpankPay has been intended for Merchants to sign up, integrate the SDK into their sites, and have a Dashboard to track and manage their sales. This is a great start, but where SpankPay will truly shine is providing users across the world with a 1-click payment option to purchase adult content on 100s of different sites — ranging from Camsites, Clipsites, Toy Stores and more.
SpankPay User Accounts have passed the Testing and QA stage and are ready to be launched at any moment. Expect an announcement very soon!
Right now SpankPay accepts BTC, ETH, and LTC. Many of our potential integration partners have shown a great understanding about the current crypto landscape. The ability to accept stablecoins like DAI and USDC is a common request.
Both ERC20 integration and the ability to choose the holding currency will ship in Q4 of this year.
Coinciding with that will be a much prettier, more robust SpankPay Dashboard.
The Dashboard will show the stats and analytics necessary to help Performers and Merchants run a more successful business.
SpankPay is intended to work across 100s of different sites, and we’ve chosen to use SpankClips to showcase our own SpankPay integration. We initially were planning to refactor the camsite, SPANK.live, to integrate SpankPay, but since development is already working in tandem on SpankClips and SpankPay, and SpankClips was built to incorporate SpankPay from the beginning, it will be the most efficient and safest path to launch.
SpankClips will launch Late Q1-Early Q2 in 2020, and its going to be amazing. Models across the world will be able to upload all of their existing and future content to sell for money that no one could ever take away from them. Money to reinvest in themselves, their friends and their fans.
In the meantime, we’ll be asking our community who they’d like to see adopt SpankPay. Remember, we’ve set out for global domination. SpankChain wins when the entire online adult industry integrates SpankPay, value can transfer freely between borders, and millions of people become financially independent.
