We have three new general partners at Spark. Natalie Vais is joining the team. We are promoting Clay Fisher and Fraser Kelton.

For a purposefully small partnership, allow us a moment for some big changes. We have three new general partners: Natalie Vais, Fraser Kelton, and Clay Fisher.

We’re thrilled to welcome Natalie Vais as a General Partner on our Venture Team. Natalie started her career at Oracle as an engineer. She was the lead PM at Google’s cloud-hosted NoSQL database, Firestore, before taking on early-stage investing at Amplify Partners. Natalie is beloved by her founders; she would go to the ends of the world to help them.

Fraser Kelton has taken the leap to be a General Partner in our Venture Team. Fraser was previously Head of Product for OpenAI, and joined us as a Venture Partner earlier this year. We are grateful to have his expertise guide us in this emerging category of AI. It is not surprising that incredibly talented entrepreneurs want to work with him. Fraser is already involved in several interesting AI-focused companies at Spark.

Clay Fisher has been promoted to General Partner in our Venture Growth Team. Clay joined us from Allen & Co. in 2020 and immediately became indispensable at Spark. His curiosity, intellect, and optimism are a lethal combination that has attracted ambitious founders. Entrepreneurs appreciate his unwavering commitment to helping them win.
