Keeping up our momentum from Q1, this quarter we prioritized enhancing company specific features in Spark by creating new ways for you to quickly determine trends that impact your strategic decision making.

From May through June we released powerful new features that will considerably benefit you and your company’s needs. From sharper contact management to simplifying the digital signing process, there is a lot to be excited about!

These company level optimizations provide a vital scope at which your organization’s fortitude can be straightforwardly gaged, because: there is nothing more valuable than making an informed decision.

Company List Filters

In early 2020, we released a robust filtering system for contact, inventory and contract lists. To up the ante, we scaled that feature’s core tech to Spark’s company level, providing you with superior enterprise contact management. Included in the Contact Filters are the familiar categories: Ratings, Interactions, Sources, Tags etc., but now we’ve added specific Contract related filters to help you quickly locate those associated with purchasers, agents, lenders and lawyers, all company wide.

Company Advanced Search

Quickly create segments of contacts. 100,000 contact database? No problem.

When a detailed search for contacts criteria falls outside of our filtering system, the new Advanced Search feature adds incredible value. Advanced search at the company level has a broader approach as it encompasses company wide contacts, group search, team members, agent tier and a project select.

This will save you time and can directly feed into Smart & Custom Groups for a cleaner contact management experience.

Company Smart & Custom Group Creation

After filtering contacts through advanced search or via contact list, you are now able to create Custom Groups. This is a large improvement to company level contact management unlocking the ability to target email campaigns to specific subsets of contacts.

For example, sending an invitation to a specific set of agents who have sold over $1M, or past contacts who’ve registered for a certain product type giving your marketing team reassurance when sending out new company communications.

If a new contact registers that matches the group search criteria, the group will auto-update in real time.

Project Information Fields

We have added four new fields to the Company Contact List Filters, fed from the project level. These include: City, Project Status, Project Type and Sales Stage. By entering this information on your project settings page, you will then be able to filter down to specific groups of deals or contacts within your company. For example, agents who have done a certain number of deals on all active high rise concrete buildings in Toronto.

This is extremely valuable for marketing teams who wish to re-target the database or the sales mangers to identify high performing agents within a certain type of building profile.

Project Default Countersigners

With Digital Contracts enabled on your project, you now have the ability to define and decide who of your company’s authorized signatories receives the documents and what their preferred delivery method is by default.

This feature allows you to “set and forget”, eliminating the need for your sales team or administrator to make manual selections when sending documents for signatures, freeing up more time for your team to focus on the meaningful client experience and catching mistakes.

To set your default countersigners, simply go to the Signing section of the Contract Settings.

Spark is the only new development platform that allows your team to manage its projects based on holistic insights of your complete portfolio of real estate projects.
