Facilitating Daniels Real Estate Reinvention of the 3D Real Estate Experience with Spark & Hauzd

At a time when the digital engagement experience matters most, our client, Daniels Real Estate has reimagined the 3D real estate home tour experience for their newest project: Graystone Condominiums in Seattle.

In partnership with Hauzd, a software platform that brings new construction projects to life in interactive 3D, Daniels Real Estate harnessed the power of Spark’s seamless integration options to elevate the touring process and test a real-time reservation system never created before.

Potential buyers will be able to immerse themselves virtually into the condominium’s one-of-a-kind experience from the comfort of their own homes. Guided by an agent if preferred, they will be able to explore the building’s sophisticated architecture and interiors through photorealistic renderings and backgrounds that truly reflect the living experience at Graystone, allowing them to envision their life in each individual unit by virtually ‘stepping’ into them. Visitors will be able to compare key data across units, explore the surplus of benefits the building has to offer including the neighbourhood and surroundings, and take their preferred unit off the market by placing a reservation.

Graystone’s Sales Center will leverage the robustness of both systems to empower a seamless sales process where visitors will be able to immerse in AR/VR experiences powered by Hauzd and sign Purchase & Sale agreements directly through Spark. Borrero further recognizes the advantages this will offer brokers, stating “given the way Spark allows price changes as percentages and in bulk, the integration will help us coordinate price adjustments depending on the velocity of sales and strategy [that are] usually hard to implement and never before visualized in 3D.”

Spark’s integration abilities have been endorsed by Borrero as the standard for tech partners in the new construction arena. The integration with Hauzd allowed a revolutionary 3D front-end tool to be backed by insightful inventory management and decision-making software that can be updated and added to in real time, anywhere, by any Spark user.
