Introducing Sparkadia - brand new gameplay footage and our first NFT Collection (including free stuff!)
Studio Update
It has been… awhile since our last post! The last 8 months since closing our seed round has been an absolute whirlwind of growth, building, and excitement.
In January, we began hiring our full-time team and building out the studio, going from a rag-tag group of freelancers to a 20+ person studio of the most experienced AAA developers out there, all hailing from companies like Riot, Bungie, Blizzard, Epic, and more. Armed with the best team in Blockchain gaming, we continued on the foundation of Edenbrawl, expanding it further with what is now “Sparkadia”, an ecosystem of games all connected together through world, story, characters, and even the economy.
As Sparkadia began to flourish, it was immediately clear the magic we had on our hands. Our incredible creative and narrative teams, led by Edmundo Sanchez and Matt Dunn began creating an incredible “cozy-cosmic” world, centered around optimism and the idea that we all should smile more. A large part of the last 8 months have been spent fleshing out this world and while we’ve begun to share snippets of that world, we’ve barely scratched the surface of what we think is going to be the next IP and world all over your computer, phone, and TV screens.

And now to the meat and potatoes… Edenbrawl! Having been built over the course of many years by multiple different engineers, Edenbrawl was hobbled together by glue and duct tape on the backend. Our first mission was to re-build that foundation, refactoring numerous core systems, integrating a new back-end infrastructure via Accelbyte, and implementing a LOT of performance improvements. While it’s not glamorous, it’s important!
And now… gameplay!
Now armed with a rock-solid foundation, work began on improving the already super fun gameplay of Edenbrawl, including brand new visuals and heroes. Check out our teaser trailer below:
Our first ever NFT sale: the “Sparkadia Origin Collection”
Our team has been notoriously quiet in the space, electing to keep our heads down and focusing on product building and game quality. The time has finally come to break that silence and we are super pumped to release our first ever NFTs!
“Sparkadia Origin” is a LEGENDARY tier Collection consisting of 8 individual hero NFTs. Collecting all 8 makes the full set and grants multiple bonuses across our ecosystem. Given it’s our first ever sale, it even includes special bonuses and access beyond other legendary collections we’ll eventually release.
We encourage you to read through our whitepaper and more specifically, the Sparkadia Origin page for more details on our economy and on NFT utility and our token economy, but there’s a few key points:
- NFTs do NOT affect Edenbrawl gameplay and never will.
- NFTs, nor any sort of cryptocurrency or token are required to play any of our games, ever.
- Owning this collection is a fun bonus with cool perks, but players who do not own it will NOT be at any sort of major economic disadvantage.
- The primary utility of this collection is a legendary-level bonus to “ticket” generation. Additional utility includes a unique in-game trophy for your dwelling, early access to future pre-sales, and a premium status we call “VIP Access” in Sparkadia.
- The best part, each hero NFT is only $20 meaning the entire set can be purchased for only $160! 1,000 total sets (8,000 individual NFTs) will be minted for the initial sale (80,000 total. Additional sales to come)
- Sale date is currently slotted for September 19th!
