Announcing the release of the sequel to “Ted, The Fire Engine Who is Afraid of Fire!”

Ted is posted at a fire station on a highway. The highway runs through a forest. An accident occurs on the highway. Ted is one of the first ones to arrive at the scene. Soon after he puts out the fire, he meets a giraffe who wants to become a firefighter like him. The two of them get along well.

Days later, a forest fire breaks out. There is not much Ted can do as a fire engine. Forest fires spread fast. It is impossible for a fire engine to go through the thick woods and put out the fire quickly. It is usually the helicopters and special airplanes that put out forest fires. He worries about the giraffe and the other animals. Although there is not much he can do, he rushes to the forest.

The forest is ablaze. Ted watches the helicopters at work helplessly. He feels sad that he could not do anything. However a few moments later, the giraffe and the other animals appear on the highway, unhurt. How did they get to safety? For those of you who are not familiar with Ted, Ted is a fire engine. He first appeared in the book “Ted, The Fire Engine Who Is Afraid of Fire!” — Book 1 of the “Ted, The Fire Engine” Series”. As the very title suggests in book 1 Ted is a fire engine who is afraid of fire. Fire scares him so much that every time there is a fire he runs away! However things get bad and it seems like there is a possibility of his fireman giving him away,, as he does not work like a fire engine. It is then that he realises that he wants to be a fire engine more than anything else. After a series of events he ultimately finds a way and becomes a brave fire engine.
