Has Sparkster changed its Strategic Direction?

Sparkster has not changed its strategic direction in any form. Sparkster is still working on building and developing acceptance of a Decentralized Cloud. Sparkster is working with companies in the real world and identifying real world problems, which Sparksters technology can be applied to, in order to solve these problems. This is the path to the adoption of any technology, not just Sparkster. We are focused on collaborating with prominent companies because we believe the blockchain industry needs real world adoption, which is what we work on at Sparkster, i.e. bringing real world adoption of blockchain technology.

Where is the Sparkster Decentralized Cloud in terms of TPS?

In terms of TPS, we have consistently maintained that a cell is able to produce over 1000 TPS. Our Alpha release is a single cell network, will remain a single cell network as we continue to optimize the platform for stability, consistency and availability of the Network.

In our Beta release (Beta will be released at the end of Q3 2019), Sparkster will become a Multicell Network, using an algorithm like Consistent Hashing. Also through our research collaboration with Cambridge, we have discovered some optimization algorithms, including geolocation data, to improve the performance of the network. Therefore, 10 Million TPS means 10,000 cells, proving that we can consistently get 1000 TPS per cell, was the intention of the Alpha, and we achieved that. The intention of the Beta, is a Multicell Network, which will show that multiple cells will scale linearly. We will be releasing further details with respect to time frames on this soon.

Where is Sparkster’s 2019 Road Map?

We have released our 2019 road map:

Is the Sparkster No Code Platform simply MIT Scratch?

We have been inspired by the idea that MIT Scratch is responsible for creating, i.e. if children can use these blocks to play games, why can’t we use blocks to build enterprise software? This question led to the genesis of the Sparkster No Code Platform. But there is a significant difference between what the app inventor does and what the Sparkster No Code platform does. The App Inventor, as its name suggests, is a tool for building apps. The Sparkster No Code Platform is a tool to build enterprise software, which includes security, distribution, scalability, many things that are not possible inside of App Inventor. In addition, Sparkster has the ability to create Ethereum Smart Contracts, IoT Devices (as demonstrated at Arm TechCon), and interact with external web services & API’s. Sparkster has the ability to build create powerful large sophisticated applications. The interfaces are similar on purpose, because we have understood that this is an interface that people find easy to understand. But if you compare the power of the two tools, they are not in the same league.

What role do advisors play in the Sparkster Project?

Sparkster’s advisors have and continue to help chart the strategic path forward for our project. We have advisors, some of whom we haven’t announced, who help us in validating assumptions, making introductions, technology perspectives, and identifying optimization algorithms. They are prominent and active in their leadership roles at their respective institutions, yet make time to meet with the Sparkster team, on a regular basis to ensure that Sparkster vision is aligned with industry demand and needs.

Why has Sparkster not announced the names of some of its major partners/collaborators?

Sparkster has not yet announced the names of some of its major collaborators, out of respect for their collaborators. These collaborators are prominent and visible corporations which are very careful about how information about them is disseminated, and hence out of respect for them, we will not proceed in announcing collaborations prior to when our collaborators are ready to do so. When this time comes, we will indeed announce our partnerships.

Did Sparkster sell any tokens to US citizens?

Sparkster did not sell any tokens to citizens of several countries, including China, Sanctioned Nations, and US Citizens. Sparkster had a rigorous KYC/AML Process to ensure this is the case, including using Geolocation and Blocking IP Addresses from restricted locations.

Did Sparkster liquidate assets?

Sparkster liquidated approximately $2M in ETH.

When will the Teams Tokens be released?

We have always maintained, that the Teams tokens will be released 2 years from the date of unlock.

Were any Influencer paid by Sparkster? Were any refunded?

No influencers were paid by Sparkster nor refunded.

Who does Sparkster ban from the their Official Telegram Group?

Sparkster only bans users who use make adverse baseless statements against Sparkster or members of its community, statements which have no evidence and are simply made to induce uncertainty and doubt. Sparkster has banned several individuals who it has determined are not token holders and simply seek to spread false information. If you feel that you have been wrongfully banned, reach out to our administrator and request to be unbanned, and we will look into the matter. Additionally, Sparkster has banned and will continue to ban any individual who makes threats or perceived threats to its Admins or members of its community. In select cases, certain threats will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
