Creating your Timeline

The timeline is where you set up your application diligence funnel, process, add and edit round names, and set judging types for each round.

The system comes standard with three editable rounds. Use the pencil icons (far right of each card) to edit each round.

The example above is setup similar to how many angel groups set up their rounds. This is entirely customizable and the most important part of the process. Think through how your group currently handles applications and mirror to these rounds.

Editing a Round

When you click on the pencil icon, an edit round module will open, allowing you to edit the round name, change deadlines, and add a judging type.

The Application Deadline & Judging End Date are informational and do not affect whether the application closes or stays open.

Add in the deadline dates to give applicants an understanding of the process. The dates help reduce the number of questions you will receive. For those without an application deadline, please leave it blank.

There are four different types of judging to choose from. If you hover over each one, they will tell you what they do. If you select categories, you must go back to the original screen and click the gear icon to set your custom categories.

If you select categories, you will need to return to this screen to click on the gear icon to add your custom categories.
