We have updates on our business, technology and regulatory status. We recently travelled to Chengdu, China, for the New Era Mining Industry Summit. We met with Tommy of Rockminer, and Issac from Acropolis Capital, our partners in China, to gain a better understanding of the needs of miners and how Sparrow Options can help them better manage their digital assets. We learned a lot about their concerns and made new friends in the mining community. Miners and the Chinese market are going to be critical for our global expansion and we look forward to making more inroads in these segments.

Updated once per day, to be used as the reference price for the settlement of Sparrow Options
We will publish these smart contracts for price transparency and immutability.
You will be able to independently check the daily settlement price applicable to Sparrow Options that expire on a particular day.
Our pricing contracts are designed so that prices cannot be overwritten or backtracked. Once a price is written to the smart contract, Sparrow Exchange cannot backtrack and change the pricing later. This ensures that all Sparrow Options are fair and transparent.

If you are keeping track of things in this space, you would know that there have been changes to the Securities and Futures Act of Singapore. Being domiciled in Singapore, we take a serious view on compliance. One of the things we have to do is ensure our materials are not just compliant at the time of publishing, but also when the laws are amended.
