We look forward to hearing from you. Your feedback and bug reports will help us create the best options platform the world has seen. We have prepared some suggested tests below, but we strongly encourage to explore the platform beyond these tests.

Please do not send us any funds or digital assets. We will allocate funds into your account so you can execute test trades immediately.
Sparrow will never ask you to deposit funds for the BETA test.
DO NOT CLICK SUSPICIOUS LINKS
Never click the links when you receive suspicious or unexpected emails that appear to be from Sparrow Exchange. We will never ask you for private information such as 2FA codes or passwords in email, nor will we request you to send any digital assets to any destination. If someone claiming to be from Sparrow Exchange in email asks you for your login information or asks you to make a digital asset transfer, it is a scam.
SUGGESTED TESTS
- Register an account
- Verify your account
- Check your pre-allocated account balance for trading
- Convert BTC to SP$ (Sparrow Dollars) using ConvertNOW
- Add funds on the Deposit page
- DO NOT SEND US ANY FUNDS: Sparrow will never ask you to deposit funds for the BETA test
- When you go to the Deposit page, we will automatically allocate additional funds to your account
- Buy an option using TradePROTECT
- Sell an option using TradeBOOST
- Buy or sell an option using TradePROTECT or TradeBOOST and use SPO to pay for the transaction fees
- Place orders in the Order Book
- Snap up orders in the Order Book
- Send us a Support Request
ADVANCED TESTS
- Create a GTC order
- Create 10 orders for the Order Book
- Set SPO as the default method to pay for Trading Fees
- Turn on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Change your password
