Since the initial launch in 2015 Spartner has worked with our client JuriBlox to develop countless features for their legal platform. One of the key functions of the platform is the ability to create dynamic templates, which can be used to generate documents by letting the user fill out a questionnaire.

What is JuriBlox?

JuriBlox is a complete contract lifecycle management platform that automates the legal process and generates high quality legal documents.

Meet the new visual mode

The dynamic template language is built using the Twig templating engine. Since the 21.12 release, it is now possible to use a visual layer which makes it a lot easier for non-technical users to understand the dynamic nature of a document. The template and questions are now within the same mental model for the user, without having to do a translation between the template, variable and question — creating a true “What You See Is What You Get” experience.

Conditional fields

Most of the document generation logic is handled using condition fields (like yes/no questions). Based on the answer of a that question, a part of text can be shown or hidden. The visual mode also introduces an easy way to visualize these conditionals.
