There was a massive Valentine’s Day wreck at the Daytona 500 this year. I haven't made a habit of watching races, except maybe some motorcycle ones, but I just happened to walk into the living room and a few minutes later, the cars started going everywhere! Maybe you saw this, but if you didn’t, here’s a video that you can watch if you’re interested.

Wow! What a wreck!

This can be what it’s like for those with bipolar disorder when they’re in a manic phase. Their thoughts sometimes race uncontrollably. Close together like bumper cars, loud, crowded. And sometimes the thoughts will bump into each other subtly and definitively, causing a noticeable crash. Not only noticeable…
