[Synopsis]

It is years after McMillan’s death:

The episode starts with a narration set in the former Ol Donyo Sabuk Farm.

Workers minding their own business have just uncovered two buried statues. We are thrust right into the ensuing drama as the new occupants go to great lengths to figure out the identity of the treasure— including summoning National Museums officials.

A big question hangs in the air:

MIGHT THEY BE THE FAMOUS JU JA IDOLS?

The story then leaps back in time tell us of McMillan’s adventures in West Africa, where we encounter the diviner giving him the two idols, Ju and Ja… and a “death at sea” repercussion if he doesn't take good care of them. We dandia through the twists and turns of McMillan’s journey to Kenya, his settling, and his care of the said idols.

We get to the point where Lady Lucy McMillan buries them out in the farm and McMillan searches for them in vain.

Time passes…

Then we are back to the day the statues were dug out. And consequently, back to our core question:

ARE THEY THE FAMOUS JU JA IDOLS?
