Happy Holidays from Specle

Whether you have plans to bundle up with a glass of mulled wine, or safely party the night away with friends, we hope your Christmas holiday is filled with happiness and good cheer.

This year at Specle has been full of new developments, team members, and publication specs. We have been so lucky to add Chris Pomfret to our development team, originally from Loughborough now living in Suffolk. Chris has been integral in maintaining the website and adding new colour profiles to our colour management system. We cannot wait to see how his skills will help Specle develop streamlined new technology for the advertising industry.

Shortly after the New Year, we will be sadly saying goodbye to Corinna Miller, our Head of Prepress for nearly 4 years. She will be moving on to working for an environmental nonprofit agency in London, and we wish her the very best of luck in her new endeavours. We are also excited for Bethany Frost to step into her new role as Head of Prepress for Specle Limited, and we know she is absolutely up for the challenge!

We cannot thank our clients enough for their hard work, patience, and positive attitudes this year. It was harder than we anticipated with the pandemic not slowing down as much as we hoped, but we made it through it as a team. Thank you also to the publishers who kept their publications going through this tough year and kept us entertained with their magazines, newspapers, and websites.

We will be available in a limited capacity over the holiday period as we want to make sure we have time to celebrate with our loved ones. Please see our hours below:

December 24th: from 9:30 am — 3 pm

December 27th — December 28th: Holiday

December 29th — December 31st: Limited hours

January 3rd: Holiday

We will be back on January 4th from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, as normal.
