Team Spotlight — Meet the CEO: Dylan Senter
We will be starting a new series on Medium where we spotlight each member of the Spectiv team. This will give our community a more in-depth look at the team behind Spectiv. The first team member that we will be spotlighting is Dylan Senter.

Dylan is an accomplished entrepreneur who has founded multiple businesses over the past several years. He is currently a co-founder with Sensytec, a smart materials technology startup that has received over $3M in R&D funding to date. He was the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Sales for Sensytec for the past 2 years, but will be taking on a reduced role as he is now pursuing Spectiv. In his time working with Sensytec he participated in over 12 business plan competitions across the country, of which Sensytec went on to win 3 national business plan competitions and earn funding in 10 total. In his position with Sensytec, Dylan managed company relations and was responsible for keeping contact with high-level executives. He managed relationships with Oil and Gas companies such as: Baker Hughes, Chevron, GE, etc… Outside of Oil and Gas he managed relationships with infrastructure companies such as: Cemex, Argos, and Avanti. Finally, Dylan was also responsible for managing the manufacturing and purchasing of the Smart Cement additive. He has several years of experience in purchasing and working with manufacturers for sourcing products.
Outside of Sensytec, Dylan also runs an E-Commerce company called SuperSenter and an E-Commerce consulting firm called EcommAdvisors. Dylan has over 12 years experience in E-Commerce and is an expert in online marketing and sales. His company SuperSenter has achieved over $1 Million in total revenue, and is expected to do over $500,000 in sales this year. His consulting firm has worked with over 35 clients, and has achieved tremendous success in helping companies increase their online sales.
Dylan’s entrepreneurial achievements earned him honors and a scholarship from the Texas Business Hall of Fame in 2015. Dylan also was involved in the Google Adwords international competition where his team placed in the top 10 out of hundreds of competitors. Dylan is a lifelong entrepreneur who knows what it takes to bring a business to commercialization. He will use these skills in starting up Spectiv, and will count on his fellow business partners for the crucial skills and experience that they each bring to the company.
