The Future of Travel and War

All of our roots and ancestry stem back to Africa. Yet, at the gate where most of our great grand parents, our DNA ancestry crossed the chasm into the middle east, we find a war stricken land. Our economic thirst for oil has ravaged the ancient civilizations for short term gain, where there is sustainable tourist revenue to be had. Yes, I’m thinking Baghdad Iraq. I’m thinking Babylon.

Iraq isn’t the only country with a rich history that impacts us all (otherwise we wouldn’t be here) that has been struck by war. There are many civil wars going on today.

Many of the wars going on today are propped up by the United States. Our products are being used around the world, and for war. Now that we’ve established this empire, it could be time to take what is our military bases around the world and turn them into resorts that celebrate the culture and lifestyle of the native peoples. Sort of a homage to the fact that we’re sorry for tearing apart your country, and profiting off so many lost lives with our products. If the consumer protection agency had jurisdiction over the entire world, the US military would have a lot of money hemorrhaging back into the hands of the people it tore apart.
