Many companies are offering customers free access to their services and support, as well as free benefits to help customers cope with self-isolation.

Our portfolio company Tide has created the above online resource center for SMEs to navigate the crisis.

As the world continues to cope with the devastating COVID-19 pandemic, many of our companies have chosen to use their products, services and teams to support their customers and communities. This, despite facing challenging and uncertain economic conditions themselves.

We applaud their efforts and will continue to share their initiatives (in alphabetical order) below.

Celus

From now until the end of July, Celus is offering its game-changing Celus Engineering Platform free of charge to all companies working on electronic devices to fight Covid-19. They are also offering 1:1 knowledge sharing and support.

GoStudent is Vienna-based online tutoring website and app designed to help students get answers to their questions via the GoStudent community or by scheduling 1:1 online lessons with teachers. Since schools across the globe are closed as a result of COVID-19, GoStudent is now offering free access to all teachers — allowing them to continue teaching their classes virtually from home.

Meisterwerk

The Berlin-based startup offers an all-in-one online employee, appointment and order management platform for tradespeople in Germany. In response to COVID-19, they are now offering all German companies engaged in emergency service coordination their app free for three months.

The reason? By making the entire operational organization mobile, those on the front lines of fighting the pandemic can coordinate their people and efforts anywhere — reducing physical meetings and preventing the spread of the virus.

MyClubs

MyClubs, a sports club operating in Austria and Switzerland, is offering its popular fitness classes free online for anyone to join. From yoga to intense full body HIIT workouts, MyClubs has something for everyone to stay fit and healthy despite the current health crisis. And they are adding more classes daily.

Re:ceeve

Securing cash flow will become a primary focus for many businesses in the months ahead as a result of COVID-19. The resulting economic impact is forcing many companies to rethink how they handle credit and debt due to late payments.

To help mitigate potential risks and liabilities, and ensure fair treatment of customers in the process, Re:ceeve is offering its digital debt collection platform free for the first three months. COVID-19 has hit small businesses around the world hard. In response, Tide has taken multiple measures to help its clients navigate the economic downturn. The company has created an online knowledge and resource center that is filled with information and advice to help impacted businesses apply for financial assistance and more. It has also applied to be an accredited lender with the UK government’s Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan scheme.

TIER Mobility

TIER Mobility is offering free e-scooter rides across Europe to emergency services workers and those on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19. To show their gratitude for their selfless hard work and service, TIER launched the ‘Heroes’ program — helping those putting their community first get to and from work safely.
