We’re very excited to share with you the agenda of the inaugural European Edition of The Marketplace Conference on November 28th 2018 in Berlin. Preliminary agenda
Each of the 3 rooms will feature sessions and talks covering different topics such as Growth, Strategy, Investment or Operations so that you could stay in one room to get a good mix of everything that the conference has to offer. Every slot takes about 40 minutes, comprised by up to 30 minutes of presentation or panel discussion and a minimum of 10 minutes for Q&A. In total, there will be over 25 slots across the 3 rooms which leads to the following preliminary agenda:
Fundraising for your startup?
We’re organizing 1-on-1-sessions between investors and founders i.e. on-site “VC office hours”. We’ve started the matchmaking process already: Confirmed investors have been approached and attending founders will receive the invitation to take part in the sessions shortly. Get your ticket now to secure your spot in the 1-on-1 investor sessions!
Since we`ve got this question a few times: Please note that the conference is not only reserved for founders but any startup employee or operator that is interested in the topic (just get the “founder/startup”-ticket).
Last call for female speakers
Having noticed that less than 20% of the European Midas list are women, we`re convinced that there are amazing female marketplace entrepreneurs and investors overlooked by the community so far. While we`re very happy to have a great number of talented women on board already (including some ranking high on the list!), we’ve reserved additional speaker- or panel-slots for women to join us on November 28th in Berlin. If you would like to propose a speaker or would like to participate yourself, we would be excited to get in touch with you (or, simply leave a note in the comments below).
