We are getting closer to this year’s Berlin edition of The Marketplace Conference and are very excited to welcome you on the 19th of November!

We know how important it is to also use this unique opportunity to connect with other participants, interested parties, marketplace aficionados, and network effects lovers, which is why we have pulled together some great networking possibilities for you. Here’s a quick overview to get you up to speed and make sure you get the most out of the day.

When and how are we able to network?

Once you have purchased a ticket via Eventbrite, you will receive an automatic email from our networking application NetworkTables. All you have to do is follow the instructions, set up your profile, and you are ready to go.

In general, there are two types of networking possible via the platform:

VC Office Hours

During the setup process on NetworkTables, investors have the opportunity to open up meeting sessions for which startups are able to apply. Once confirmed by both parties, you are ready to meet up at the conference for your 15-minute 1:1 session. Final meeting schedules will be sent out on the 15th of November, so you should be set up properly once you enter the doors of the conference.

Browse through attendees and exchange virtual business cards

Once you have created your profile on NetworkTables, participants are also able to browse through fellow participants, connect with them and exchange virtual business cards. This is a great opportunity for participants from all segments to engage with each other. To access this, please check out the “Attendee List’ button in the app.

We look forward to seeing you at the conference!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. We will always try to get back to you as soon as possible. You can reach us through our contact page on the website for all kinds of inquiries.
