Spend Membership Updates

Spend.com will be increasing the amount of Spendcoins required for the Spend Preferred & Spend Black membership tiers, which grants users access to the Spend Preferred & Spend Black Visa® cards. The required staking amounts will be increased to 250,000 SPND for the Spend Preferred and 2,500,000 SPND for the Spend Black. All previous users will be grandfathered in their respective stakes. If any user unlocks after the 6-month staking period, they will be required to stake the increased 250,000 SPND or 2,500,000 SPND to re-enable their enhanced Spend Preferred or Spend Black membership status. This update will take effect on December 15, 2019.

No cryptocurrency is loaded on to the Spend Visa® Card. All assets are converted to local fiat currency prior to loading on the Visa® network.
