It’s here! The feature you have been asking us about for a past couple of months is finally awaiting you in your Spendee apps.

Every feature we are developing in Spendee is meant to make money management easier. With multiple banks accounts, different credit cards it is becoming very difficult to stay in control of your budget. Budget across wallets will enable you to manage your budgets from one place, helping you to always know how you are doing.

Read more to find out what exactly has changed with this release so you can start using budgeting features to the fullest!

New section “Budgets” in All Wallets Overview

We have added a new section in your All Wallets Overview to manage budgets across all your wallets. You just need to tap on “Budget” section and you can start setting up and managing your budgets.

How to add a new budget?

In order to set up a budget across all wallets, you need to decide, which wallets, you wish to include. Apart from that, the process of setting up a new budget is the same as you know it.

Choose wallet(s) that you want to include in your budget.

To make it even more easier we’ve newly added an option to select all categories, if you wish to include them all.

Easily select categories that you want to make budget for.

Also, to make your budget analysis easier, we’ve added an information about how much money you have left so you know immediately how you are doing.

Immediately know, how much money is left within your budget.

Budget notifications

Apart from the feature itself we have improved budget notifications. Spendee will notify you when you reach 75%, 90%, 100% and when your budget is exceeded. To really use the budget feature to the fullest, make sure to turn on these notifications, as they will help you to stay in control of your planned budgets.

You can turn them on in Settings ->Notification settings section.

Budgets for shared wallets

With this release, we are changing the way, how budgets work in shared wallets for wallet members. If you are a member of a wallet, then you won’t be able to see the budgets created by owner anymore. This gives owner and member a higher flexibility and enables them to create budgets exactly like they want it. If you are owner of a shared wallet everything stays the same for you.

Let us know in the comment how you like All Wallets Budgets and if there is something we can change to make your budget experience even better.
