Some may know it from the movie ‘Ratatouille’ in which the piece de resistance was this extremely easy to make French delicacy; not only that it is extremely healthy and perfect for families and guests so feel free to enjoy with the company of others. This dish is a simple and easy to make Tuscan special that is also suitable for our vegan and vegetarian readers. Made with tomato sauce and locally grown garlic, it is a superb pasta dish that you can make without the use of a pasta machine (you can also use store-bought pasta as well if you wish!).
