Welcome Kayde!
I’m proud to announce that the Spigot Labs team is growing by 1 this holiday season.
2018 has been a VERY busy year —in addition to adding features like Cashless Payments, On-Demand Badge Printing, and customizations for Wine Tasting events, we’ve also managed to work 23 events. That’s 3 times as many events as in 2017. We’re set to continue this growth into 2019 and we’ve found the perfect account manager to help.
Kayde Pierce comes to us with a wide background ranging from brand development at LaMar’s Donuts, to online sales of alpaca products, to account management at State Farm Insurance. She’s lived the entire customer lifecycle: find the customers, win the customers, keep the customers.
As Spigot’s customer account manager, Kayde will help to ensure our clients are getting what they need from our team leading up to their events. Whether it’s a conference with lead and session tracking, or Taste Tracking at a beer festival, Kayde will be the helpful, friendly voice on the other end of the phone.
When Kayde’s not prepping for an event, you can find her crafting an ugly Christmas denim shirt, thumbing through a comic book (Marvel universe preferred, but with some DC thrown in), or hanging out with Clementine (see below). She started her career as an artist and still cannot stop making things by hand - no matter the medium. A Denverite since 2007, the craft beer scene is right up her alley. She prefers stouts and sours, which is just one of the reasons why we get along so well.
