Video Marketing is what your business needs right now.

Most people will tell you that video is a great investment for lead generation, but is it really worth considering using videos for business promotion? In short: YES!

Video marketing provides marketers with an attractive, versatile, and extremely shareable medium to reach their audiences.

A company’s foundation is built on having a trusting relationship with their clients and followers, and a video has a way of sweeping consumers into a story. Humans love stories and this is why video marketing can have such an impact on targeted consumers. Video ads and campaigns merge two things that catch user attention: movement and sound, both of which play a very important role in transmitting a clear and efficient message that can lead to better engagement.

On the consumer side, video marketing is becoming more and more attractive, too: 91% of marketers feel the pandemic has made video more important for brands. With people isolated in their homes for almost a year now, and with most teams working with less budgeting and resources than pre-pandemic times, the demand and consumption of video has greatly increased.

68% of consumers say the pandemic has impacted the amount of video content they’ve watched online, with the overwhelming majority (96%) saying video consumption has increased. Nearly nine out of ten people report wanting to see more videos from brands in 2021, making video an excellent tool for lead generation and brand awareness, so, it’s not surprising that 99% of video marketers plan to continue to use this format, and 95% plan to increase their spend this year.

With this in mind, if you are serious about content marketing, you should be serious about jumping on the video trend-train too. And don’t worry, your videos don’t have to be picture perfect; it’s the content that matters the most!
