Some of the brightest minds in the world are racing to build in web3. Billions of dollars have been invested. It’s touted as the next technological revolution. Yet, hardly anyone is actually using it.

Crypto has an education problem. I saw it just the other night. I was at an event, chatting with a guy I’d just met. He worked in traditional climate tech. We bonded over our shared work to make the planet greener. Then he found out I used blockchain as a tool to make climate impact. He immediately became hostile, telling me crypto is a scam and rolling his eyes.

Most of the world sees crypto as nothing more than Ponzi Schemes and monkey pictures. But the power of web3 to do good is huge. We believe this deeply at Spirals. Our approach to unlocking capital for climate action is based on liquid staking — a concept native to blockchain.

In order for web3 to catch on, we need people to understand the social benefits it unlocks. So, we are very excited to announce our feature in the newest course on Cryptohunt. Diving into social good and blockchain, these lessons are meant to be an introduction to web3 that your grandparents can understand. The course features Spirals and impactMarket — highlighting the power of blockchain for climate action and UBI.

Cryptohunt is where you can learn about crypto and discover exciting projects all in one place, in plain English. Blockchain technology & crypto are tools that can change the world, Cryptohunt is here to help everyone gain the ability to use them for good.

We had a great time building out these lessons with Cryptohunt. We think you’ll love trying them out too.
