The Opening Chapter of the Quran Goes Way Deeper Than We Thought…
I wrote an article a few months ago, simply alluding to the literary excellence of the ‘opening’ chapter of the Book. It turns out, this chapter goes way deeper than just words.
Being the very first chapter of God’s Final Testament to mankind, it was discovered in 1974, with the help of computers, the Quran has a divine mathematical structure encoded into it — based on the number ‘19’.
For today, we will only look at the first chapter, a short one, yet enough to shock the world’s greatest mathematicians.
Here’s the entire chapter itself:
1:1 In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم1:2 Praise be to God, Lord of the universe.
الحمد لله رب العلمين1:3 Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
الرحمن الرحيم1:4 Master of the Day of Judgment.
ملك يوم الدين1:5 You alone we worship; You alone we ask for help.
إياك نعبد وإياك نستعين1:6 Guide us in the right path:
اهدنا الصرط المستقيم1:7 the path of those whom You blessed; not of those who have deserved wrath, nor of the strayers.
صرط الذين أنعمت عليهم غير المغضوب عليهم ولا الضالين

*When the Quran was revealed, there were no numbers. Letters were historically used as numbers. This is known as the gematrical value system. Therefore every letter has a fixed value: “A” is the same as saying 1, “B” is the same as saying 2, “M” is the same as saying 40, and so on. Here’s a picture showing the value of each letter. Note that this system pre-dates the Quran.

Chapter 1 is God’s gift to us to establish contact with Him through the daily Contact Prayers. This fact is supported by an earth-shattering, simple-to-understand-but-impossible-to-imitate mathematical composition that challenges the greatest mathematicians on earth, and stumps them; it is far beyond human capabilities.

- Has 19 letters
- Occurs 19 x 6 (114) times throughout the Quran
- Is made up of 4 words (name, God, Gracious, Merciful) in Arabic — each occur throughout the Quran in multiples of 19 (19x1, 19x142, 19x3, 19x6).
All the facts above represent less than 1% of the discoveries unveiled following the discovery of Code 19.
