Fear can stop us in our tracks.

We know what fear feels like. And there are times when we can push through that fear and go forward anyway.

However, we may not always recognize fear when we experience it. Because fear can wear many disguises.

Fear can masquerade as procrastination, perfectionism, or any other number of things our minds can come up with. Here are five ways fear commonly masquerades itself.
