These things that are not me I know I am weighing heavily upon my back. Divisiveness and an uncaring heart, hatred and war-mongering — these are not me. And yet, they try to root themselves into my chakras, snaking upward into my solar plexus in search of my crown. Yet my heart knows not to let them pass. It gathers them, transmutes them and then removes the trash.
