It is not sameness; it is equal value of diversities.

Equality means equal VALUE on either side of an equal sign, even when each side is different.
Black = White
Women = Men
Poor = Rich
Employee = Employer

In mathematics
9 + N = X + 8 Different letters and numbers on either side of equal sign; but still equal value
Simplifies to 11 = 11, with N being 2, and X being 3.

There is nothing more VIRTUOUS than to accept those who are diverse as equal in value to ourselves.
