When the mind can gain stability, giving up affection or attraction towards worldly matters is termed “Spirituality.”
Years ago, people believed that the ability to develop spirits was for Saints and priests. The changes of time and expanding its practices to gain quality have raised the spirits.
Slowly it ensures developing a holy spirit in the soul of each commoner.
The main aim of the practice is to evaluate as well as understand the state of mind.
Overcome the negativities to develop positive vibes promptly. Looking back into the history of spirituality, it cannot be defined in a few ages importance of practices is also mentioned in mythology.
Proportionality of Religion With Spirituality
Directly spirituality is not related to any kind of religion worldwide. But to expertise in religious practices as a leader the understanding power and positivity is necessary.
It is the reason that faith needs spiritual guidance. The history of spirituality describes the intention and development of humankind.

Motivation to survive with keeping the spirits high was essential at a time. People were suffering from different mental health problems. There was a time when no one was aware of the anxiety and depressions.

Till the evolution of the modern age, people depended on religious beliefs. But the preaching of spirituality evolved with the support of religion. It provided opportunities for everyone to survive.

In modern times, from the 18th century to, 1803 the practices have enabled all generations to open themselves and no longer depend on other’s thoughts or leadership.

“God exists as a being not made of any matters, it has no dimensions. He is no ability to perceive body senses and is the best form of existence in the world”
These facts are now understood by people and try to apply in their practices.
Christianity has contributed to bring change with the indulgence of science and practical methods.
People did not solely depend on reasoning and scientific proves. It was from Italy; Renaissance started have spread worldwide.

Spirituality Developed Tolerances
In post-modern observances, people are not only enjoying freedom but also have the character of tolerances. It is one of the achievements since 1618, which has enabled to increase of humanity worldwide.
Rational basis tolerance is not seen in post-modern times. Imposing any ones thought on another is not possible when people are following the path of spirituality.
In the same way, one will not encourage his thoughts to be imposed on any other person.
It is the reason that tolerances against a rational basis seen in all communities. Though, historical development is a major factor apart from a community.
In post-modern times the spirituality has only one perspective of religion. It is now differentiated into many, as they are ecological spirituality, gay and lesbian spirituality.
Apart from it, the contribution of Judeo-Christians during 1950 has helped to increase positive vibes in society. It has helped to motivate various researches in spirituality.
Apart from Christianity, the other leaders of religion to spread works of spirituality are Hinduism and Buddhism. They have been changing the way of preaching with time and requirements.
It leads to emerging with their religion to be the best. It is due to the positive perspective mentioned in spirituality.
