Early morning stroll in a sacred wood
In the dead of winter.
Silence envelopes me in its warm embrace.
Light and shadow dance playfully on ancient pines.
The forest invites me to rest,
Promising a reprieve from the cold darkness.
Gentle winds whisper that spring is on its way,
And with it, the return of the light.
