Dark and gloomy, discontent
Unresolved shame and guilt
Here comes the pain
Push it deep
Armour up
Let feelings sleep
The past in the present
Old stories run deep
Loss of control
Patterns repeat
Wake up those feelings
And face the truth
That your darkest parts
Deserve Love too.
